Shipping Delivery Times
We value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. All products are processed within 3-4 business days of purchase and sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch, once the order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Orders are usually delivered within 5-10 business days after your order has been processed from the date that it is placed to delivery, depending on the weather conditions or events in your local area.
If a single fulfillment center doesn't have the units needed to fulfill a single order containing multiple products, one item may be fulfilled from one fulfillment center, and the other item(s) may be fulfilled from another and you may receive multiples packages.
When we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to, invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes (such as a natural disaster, national / global pandemic, or events your local area)
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are currently offering free shipping on all U.S. orders. Shipping charges for orders outside of the U.S. will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after order has been shipped..
We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards (MasterCard, Visa Card, and American Express), Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, JCB, Discover, Google Pay, and PayPal, Sezzle, and Afterpay. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. Once the payment is verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this time. However, we will do our best to support your request.
